Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the Memora app for Android ("Memora", "the app"), published by InnoxSofty ("we", "us"). By installing or using Memora you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Using Memora

Memora is free for personal use. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app, except where the law allows it.

2. Your content

Everything you create in Memora belongs to you. It is stored on your device, and we have no access to it. You are responsible for the content you store and for making sure you have the right to store it.

3. Backups are your responsibility

Because your data lives only on your phone, losing, resetting or replacing the phone, or uninstalling the app, can permanently delete your memories. We cannot restore lost data. Please export backups regularly and keep your backup password safe: a forgotten backup password cannot be recovered.

4. Reminders and transcription

Reminders depend on your phone's notification, battery and system settings, and may be delayed or blocked by them. Do not rely on Memora for critical, medical or safety-related alerts. Text recognition and voice transcription are automatic and may contain mistakes.

5. Ads and third-party services

The app shows ads and uses third-party services, as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or websites.

6. No warranty

Memora is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted or that data will never be lost.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InnoxSofty is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

8. Changes

We may update the app and these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use Memora after a change means you accept the updated terms.
